How do I open an account?
Use the Create Account page. You will be signed in and taken straight to your dashboard.
Where is my $10 welcome bonus?
It is added automatically at sign-up and appears as a separate bonus balance on your dashboard, plus a bonus entry in your transaction history. It is limited to one per email address.
How are deposits and transfers processed?
Deposits and transfers are reviewed by our team before completion to keep your funds safe.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password and we will email you a reset link.
How do I sign out everywhere?
Signing out from the dashboard ends your session on that device. Changing your password in Settings is the fastest way to protect the account if you suspect a problem.
